He is a very professional and friendly manager. He is never late when we need to meet. He is always on time. He responds to our enquiries/questions promptly no matter by email/phone call at any time. He is very attentive as reminds us to register all utility accounts under the e-billing system in case we missed any paper bills.

He keeps us up to date quickly about the market and feedback from the customers and provides impartial advice.
